A soul is non-existent and so we all are without it, if it is defined in spiritual terms.
We are all without what does not exist.

I am a zombie when I am without that which characterizes a human being...intelligence...a mind above that of an animal's.

Therefore I am a zombie, to use that pop-cultural symbol, when i am closest to a mindless animal....or a religious mind that does not think for itself, because it cannot, but adopts the thinking of another. .

So far I have been fickle
wandering from forum to forum
in search of my own kind
and nary any depth to find
many agile little monkeys
