As far as right now, 02/10/2009, banning is reserved only for preventing the excessive spamming of topics (as unrelated to Philosophy material).
Currently it seems that I am the only one capable of banning members, and in due time, when my Moderators can be *TRUSTED* to ban only for the reason above-mentioned, then I will extend the banning privilege to my appointed Moderators. Furthermore, I hope to include more members into the Moderators bracket should this website pick up many more active participants.
