If you are a have that makes less than 10+ mil gross a year, then you are going to be part of the slave-class. If you are above that 10 mil marker, then you will stay a wealthy elitist. All the rest of the people on the planet will become forced into having 1-2 kids only, will receive a set salary like between 25-250k a year, and will never truly have a choice or "freedom" regarding any world affairs. There will only be masters, a small group of them (say ... 300 men?), and the other 10 billion people will all be their slaves.
