Restrictions are always occuring, tyranny has been around for the past century. States are forming their own soveriegn rules seperate from the Federal Gov't. Locals are always watching big brother. big brother is always watching the locals. Someone gets caught in the middle and sacrificed. So whats new? Not a darn thing except for the sacrificial lamb. There is always a different lamb. Sometimes the lamb does not go down easily and it earns its life through fight not flight. Hiding just encourages attack and sacrifice.
